  • Information Accuracy: You must provide accurate and complete information, including passenger names, contact details, pickup and drop-off locations, dates, times, and any special requirements.
  • Booking Amendments: Any changes to your booking must be communicated to us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but they are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Waiting Time: For airport pickups, we allow a reasonable waiting time (e.g., 60 minutes after flight landing). Excess waiting time may be charged at our standard hourly rate.
  • Pricing: Prices are calculated based on distance, time, and any additional services requested.
  • Payment Methods: Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit cards, or other accepted payment methods at the time of booking or upon completion of the journey.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time will not incur any charges.
    • Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Service Availability: While we strive to provide punctual service, we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
  • Driver Conduct: Our drivers are professional and courteous. Any inappropriate behavior towards our drivers will not be tolerated.
  • Passenger Conduct: Passengers are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who is disruptive, intoxicated, or poses a safety risk.
  • Luggage: Please inform us of any large or excessive luggage at the time of booking. We may charge extra for excess luggage.
  • Child Seats: If you require child seats, please inform us at the time of booking. You are responsible for ensuring the child seat is appropriate for the child’s age and size.
  • Reporting: Notify us within 24 hours via 01252 419419 or email: info@farnboroughcars.com. Provide booking details and a description of the item.
  • Retrieval: Items found in our vehicles are stored for 14 days. Postage fees apply for returns.
  • Unclaimed Items: Unclaimed items will be donated to charity or disposed of after 14 days.
  • Farnborough Cars is committed to providing a high-quality service. If a customer is dissatisfied, they are encouraged to submit a complaint.
  • Complaints should be made in writing via email, by phone, or by using the “Contact Us” section of our website.
  • Complaints must be submitted within 14 days of the incident.
  • The company will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 2 business days.
  • A thorough investigation will be conducted, and a response will be provided within 14 business days.
  • The company’s liability for any loss or damage arising from the provision of services shall be limited to the total cost of the booking.
  • The company is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses incurred by the customer.
  • The company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the company’s website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
